    The aim is to guarantee a smooth process and to take care of the paperwork and telephone calls for the client.

  • How do refunds work at beglaubigt.de?

    At beglaubigt.de, we are committed to providing our customers with a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy. Here’s how our refund process works:

    Refund Period:

    As a consumer, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days after the notary appointment has been arranged and perceived — without providing any reason. This also applies even after the service has been fully rendered.

    How to Request a Refund:

    2. Provide Details (Optional):
    You may share your reasons for the refund if you wish. This is not required for processing your request but helps us improve our service.

    4. Refund Issuance:
    Once your request is approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method. You will be informed by email about the status of your refund.

  • What types of documents can be notarized?

    We are authorized to certify the authenticity of signatures on documents and to issue certified copies of original documents. Please note that our notarization services extend exclusively to confirming the authenticity of the signature and the conformity of the copy with the original. We are not responsible for checking or certifying the content of the document, for example with regard to its legal accuracy or completeness, and are therefore unable to do so.

  • What are the costs and how long does it take to process?

    The cost of the process is €149.95. The standard processing time is 48 hours on working days, so your request is usually completed within this period. We also offer an express option where processing takes place within 24 hours if requested on a working day.

  • How does the notarization process work?

    The procedure for our notarization service is as follows:

    First, we clarify the details of your order with you. After you have uploaded your signed document and we have received your payment confirmation, we will provide you with a verification link.

    You can use this link to verify your identity securely and easily.

    The notary then checks that your signature matches the verified identity and notarizes the document.

    Finally, the notarized document is provided with an apostille to guarantee its international legal validity.

    The appointment booking service costs €79.95. These costs relate exclusively to the express mediation service. The fees for the notary himself are to be paid separately and directly on site.

  • How short notice are appointments?

    Our express option enables processing within the shortest possible time - you can view the current availability directly on our platform. Please note that a lead time of at least 3 days is required for express appointments. Simply submit your request and we will ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

    At Beglaubigt.de, any type of document can be translated, regardless of its type. We also offer translations in all languages, so there are no restrictions on the content of the document or the desired language

  • What is the difference between a certified and a professional translation at Beglaubigt.de?

    A certified translation comprises certified, sworn and legalized translations that are officially recognized by authorities, courts and institutions worldwide. They are precise, legally compliant and certified by sworn translators or notaries.

    A professional translation, on the other hand, is a high-quality standard translation for private or business purposes. It is ideal for companies, contracts, personal documents and more - fast, reliable and produced by experienced translators, but without official certification.

  • How much does it cost to translate a document and how long does the process take?

    The cost of translating your document depends on its length and is charged per standard page, whereby a standard page may contain up to 250 words. The costs also depend on the desired language and whether you require a professional or certified translation. Professional translations start at €19.99 per standard page, certified translations at €45 per standard page. The process usually takes 3-5 days, depending on the order situation and requirements.   • How does the process of setting up a company work?

    Incorporating your company online at Beglaubigt.de is a fully digitized process that prioritizes efficiency and convenience. Here's how it works:

    1. video conference setup:

    The incorporation process takes place via a secure online video conferencing system. Founders, directors and the notary join this video conference to discuss and notarize all necessary documents such as shareholder declarations and the articles of association.

    2. registration and identification:

    The parties involved register via a smartphone app specially designed for this purpose.

    You use the eID function of your ID card or passport for identification. The app reads the passport photo directly from the chip on the ID card. This requires a readable ID card, passport (CAN procedure) or an eID card.

    Foreigners may require an electronic residence permit with activated online ID function and PIN.

    3. electronic signature:

    The signatures for the founding documents are provided electronically via a qualified electronic signature (QES).

    A certificate that replaces the handwritten signature can be obtained from various certification service providers. These usually issue a smart card with a PIN, which is read using card readers.
